ABOUT ME
My approach to coaching is coachee lead, I always start by listening to your needs and work with you so that you have the best experience. I may suggest coaching tools and techniques, sitting and talking, or walking and talking. It will mean asking questions, sometimes challenging ones but always done in a safe space so that you can find answers for yourself.
I am committed to encouraging equality, diversity, and inclusion in the coaching and mentoring work I do by embracing differences and respecting the uniqueness of every individual and their potential.
